Outpost partnered with Baum Revision, LLC to redevelop the iconic Margie's Candies Building with Moss Architecture leading the visionary design.
The Margie's Candies Building contains ground floor retail/restaurant space, anchored by the legendary Margie's Candies. The second floor was converted into 20 one-of-a-kind residential apartment units.
